Books and Journals Purchased Through Amazon
Our currently featured books and journals are purchased through Amazon. When you select “Buy on Amazon,” you leave the Serene Her Essence website and complete your transaction with Amazon. Amazon determines the available shipping methods, costs, delivery estimates, tracking, and applicable return options. Questions about an Amazon order should be directed to Amazon through your Amazon account or Amazon Customer Service.
Digital Products
Digital products do not require physical shipping. Delivery or access instructions will be provided on the applicable product page and after a completed purchase. Customers are responsible for entering an accurate email address and checking spam or junk folders when expecting digital-delivery messages.
Physical Products Purchased Directly From Serene Her Essence
When physical products become available for direct purchase through Serene Her Essence, available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times will be displayed on the product page or during checkout whenever available.
Processing and delivery times may vary by product and fulfillment provider. Items from the same order may arrive separately. Tracking information will be provided when available.
